August 3, 2023 - Douglas' "Toccata on Restoration," "Hineh Mah Tov," and Anglican Chant psalm setting were heard at Choral Evensong at St. Alban's Cathedral. The performers, Nils Halker,organ, and the Choir of St. Clement's Episcopal Church, St. Paul, Minnesota, directed by Mark Stahura.

April 29, 2018 - The Church of St. Louis, King of France, Saint Paul, will hold a concert to celebrate their 150th anniversary, featuring works the parish commissioned and premiered, among them Douglas Shambo's "Mizmor l'David" for solo voice and harp. The text consists of Hebrew verses taken from Psalm 145. The concert is at 4 pm at the church, at the corner of Cedar and 10th Streets in downtown St. Paul.
October 4, 2016 - Organist Lawrence Lawyer will premiere Douglas Shambo's organ voluntary "Solemnitas" at the Cathedral of St. Paul, St. Paul, Minnesota. Lawrence will play the work at the anticipated Solemn Mass for All Saints' Day, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
March 13, 2016 - The Choir of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Minneapolis, premiered Douglas Shambo's new short anthem, "God So Loved the World" at their 10:00 am Choral Eucharist. The St. Luke's Choir was directed by Mr. Larry Reynolds, Director of Music.
Febriuary 18, 2016 - Members of the women's choral ensemble Lumina sang Douglas Shambo's setting of Nunc Dimittis for treble voices at Compline on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, St. Paul.
December 25, 2014 - The Choir of St. Clement's has released their new CD, "Evensongs at Durham." In addition to "The Shepherd," they have also recorded Psalm 23 to one of Douglas' Anglican Chant tones. To obtain a copy, just contact the parish through their website, www.stclements-stp.org
September 4, 2014 - The Choir of St. Clement's Episcopal Church, Saint Paul, Minnesota performed Douglas Shambo's anthem, "The Shepherd" at Choral Evensong during their week in residence at Durham Cathedral. This marks the third performance of this work in England (the previous two were both at Westminster Abbey). The St. Clement's Choir also chanted Psalm 23 to one of Douglas' Anglican Chant tones.
August 22, 2014 - Douglas Shambo is pleased to announce the launch of a new music publication service, Conceptus Novus Music. April 1, 2014 - The Rev. Cricket Cooper is delighted to announce that she has commissioned Douglas Shambo II to write a new work in honor of her upcoming 25th ordination anniversary. The work, a setting of "St. Patrick's Breastplate," will be premiered by the Choir of St. Steven's Parish, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, during the 2014 - 2015 choir season.
